Ron Severini, Executive Producer of CASTLE TALENT, Inc. has 40+ years experience in the entertainment industry arranging extraordinary talent for some of the world's most varied and unique events.  Spending 20 years with Feld Entertainment (Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus, Siegfried & Roy, and Disney on Ice) as well as 10 years as the Talent Casting Director of Walt Disney World, Mr. Severini has traveled throughout the U.S. and extensively around the globe scouting out the best talent in the world!

Diana Severini, President of CASTLE TALENT, Inc. has been working within the entertainment industry over 22 years, which includes years spent with The Walt Disney Company, Universal Studios, Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey, Ed McMahon's "Star Search", Feld Entertainment, and the list continues.  With her B.S. degree in Marketing from the University of Maryland and her extensive sales experience her combined talents also has her overseeing the sales, finance and contracts departments.
